Appointment booking was entirely phone-based — requiring 4 full-time receptionists — patient records were stored in siloed clinic-specific systems, and doctors had no digital tools for follow-up patient communication.

  • Teleconsultation via secure WebRTC video — no third-party app required

Doctor Dashboard

  • Daily appointment view with pre-consultation notes
  • Patient history access across all clinics
  • Digital prescription generation with pharmacy integration (future phase)
  • Automated follow-up reminder scheduling

Admin & Operations

  • Cross-clinic reporting (doctor utilisation, revenue by clinic, no-show rate)
  • Waitlist management for high-demand specialists
  • Automated WhatsApp appointment reminders (24 hours + 1 hour before)

Data Security & Compliance

All patient data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). The system is hosted on AWS Mumbai with all data remaining within Indian jurisdiction, aligned with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act requirements.
